It consists of minutes, correspondence, records, reports, Legal documents, Land Descriptions , Ute Tribe relations, and etc. on the canals, reservoirs and dams of the company.

The Whiterocks Irrigation Company moved from their building in Lapoint, Utah, leaving their documents. The new owner of the building, Nathan McMickell donated the collection to the Regional History Center. The collection consists of maps, blueprints, correspondence, minutes, reports, audits, legal documents, and ect, of the lakes, dams, canals of the company.
